The history of Auberge De Kieviet dates from 1916 when, after 232 years, a tearoom was opened there. During their Sunday drives in their carriages, the well-to-do citizens of The Hague enjoyed a visit to this romantic stopping place. Now days, Auberge De Kieviet offers you all of the comforts you can expect from a 4-star hotel. For a relaxing and enjoyable stay, both for business purposes and for a relaxing weekend or mid-week away from home. The hotel has a cosy lounge and an attractive and highly acclaimed restaurant. Focusing on the season, the A la Carte Menu changes 4 times a year. The weekly changing menu is called Menu de Kieviet. Seasonal specialties like asperges and Christmas will also be prepared by our cook. Only fresh food will be used in the kitchen of Auberge de Kieviet. Besides, one can choose from many different kinds of wines. You will definitely enjoy a dinner in this cosy, comfortable restaurant, where all employees are dedicated to offer you a pleasant stay.
